The answer lies up in the stratosphere, where cloud people sculpt babies from clouds and bring them to life! Spoiler alert: Basically clouds "create" all baby life forms and storks deliver to the moms. The featured cloud keeps creating more difficult babies (baby porcupine, baby ram, baby alligator) and the poor stork keeps getting beat up trying to take the baby to the mom. So the stork leaves to go to another cloud who creates the cute little babies (baby chicks, toddler baby, etc) and the featured cloud gets mad (lightening develops) then cries (rain comes) until the stork returns with a present from the other cloud. You'll have to watch to see the complete ending (I won't share it here) ;) Partly Cloudy - Pixar Short. Just the cutest short ever! And for what it's worth, this is imagination. No need to get philosophical about teaching kids where babies come from. Mine know where they come from and we use proper terms, but this is a cute imaginative movie and should be viewed as such.
