    After the first use of Portsnap has been completed as shown above, /usr/ports can be updated as needed by running: pkg-plist : a list of all the files that will be installed by the port. Refer to the manual page for your shell for instructions on how to set an environmental variable. This command is used to upgrade all outdated ports: 4.5.4. Ports and Disk Space.
